This release completed the migration of the Minderoo Foundation website to CloudCannon, so that content for all pages could be edited through the CMS.

It implemented live editing through Bookshop, so the visual editor interface could be used with pages and stories.

Improvements

Section titled “Improvements”
  • Updated card component to use the grid component instead of named classes.
  • Stripped margin-bottom from all headings so that they can be predictably used with gap in group components / manually with spacer component.
  • Added tagGroup component to stories layout.
  • Refactored resource content type inputs to ensure consistency.
  • Updated listing component to use heading and overline components.
  • Updated hero component to use video component when hero media is set to video.
  • Ensured all component and layout props have a Props interface and are typing as Props.
  • Made alt text, caption and credit available as inputs on all images.
  • Updated feature resource listings to have a thumbnail image.
  • Updated personnel card with hard-coded, temporary work around to match the style of the design.
  • Made image on subscribe element optional.

Fixes

Section titled “Fixes”
  • Updated the hover state for buttons to add a border.
  • Fixed the broken previews for resources and stories in the CloudCannon interface.
  • Refactored feature resource links to make sure they display correctly after the fix for 100% height on small screens.
  • Added a hard-coded, temporary work around to allow a fixed width to be given to images.
